General Information
What is the age limitation?
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase the products from our website.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed withing 24 hours from the date of purchase.
Is it safe to buy your products online?
We use HTTPS (with SSL/TLS protocol) that does not allow any information to be lost or stolen. This guarantees the absolute safety of your information during the purchase. All your data is encrypted, so the information you provide is securely transmitted and cannot be read by anyone.
How can I contact you?
If you have any suggestions or enquiries, we will be glad to hear them. Please use the Contact Us form to send us an e-mail, and we will respond within 24 hours. Your feedback about our products and services will be carefully reviewed by our staff in order to satisfy your needs.
Why I don't receive your e-mails?
AOL and COX users sometimes fail to receive e-mails from us. This may happen for several reasons, one of which is your e-mail provider that blocks messages from us considering them as spam. This is a big concern for us because in this case we cannot communicate with you and update you about the status of your order. For this reason, we suggest you to set your mail filters so that you would be able to accept messages from us. Should you have any further issues with non-delivery of our e-mails, please contact your mail agent for assistance.
Should I be bothered to familiarize myself with the policies of this website?
It is very important that before you submit an order you browse through the information provided on the website because once your order is confirmed you are bound by the Terms and Conditions stated on the website.

Shopping and Ordering
How do I place an order on your website?
To place an order, you should select the product you would like to purchase and click on the Buy Now button. You will be redirected to the shopping cart where you will have to confirm your order by clicking on the Secure Checkout button. This will take you to the form where you will have to fill in your billing and shipping info. After checking the accuracy of your data, continue and fill in all the required data from your credit card. Once you are done and clicked on the Pay Now button, your order will be placed in our store.
When will my order be dispatched?
If you place your order until 2 pm EST on any business day, it is usually shipped out the same day. If you place the order after 2 pm EST, we ship it the next business day. Currently we do not ship on weekends.
How can I pay for your products?
Currently, it is possible to pay with any Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card. Usually, it takes not more than 48 hours for the transactions to be processed and charged. All online payments are made on a secure checkout page to keep your data confidential and secure.
How can I cancel the order?
You can cancel your order before 2 pm EST on the day when you placed your order. Once your order is shipped, we cannot cancel it anymore. If you dispute the charge without prior contacting us, this action will be considered fraudulent and reported. All your data such as IP address, name, address, etc will be forwarded to the credit card issuing authority (Fraud Division), FBI (Credit Card Fraud Division) and all Credit Reference Agencies. Credit Card Fraud is a serious crime and will not be tolerated.
Why did you decline my order?

Your order can be declined for several reasons:

  • if you requested us to cancel it
  • if this is your first order with us and it's larger than 250 USD, we will decline it to avoid fraud. After successfully receiving your first order, you will be able to purchase our products in any quantity.
  • if the ordered product is out of stock
  • if you placed two identical orders at once
  • if your shipping address is incomplete
  • if your shipping destination is out of our reach. Due to some reasons, we cannot ship to a number of counties in the Middle and Far East, Africa, South America, and CIS.

  • Delivery time: 15-30 days

UPS-Express

  • Shipping cost: $62.61
  • Processing time: 0-1 day from Monday to Friday
  • Delivery time: 5-8 days
  • Maybe Generate Customs Tax, The recipient Need to Pay Tax.
  • Phone number MUST be provided.
  • Not ship to PO/ APO box.

DHL-Express

  • Shipping cost: $29.67
  • Processing time: 0-1 day from Monday to Friday
  • Delivery time: 5-8 days

We always send confirmation emails with all the delivery details for your order. Do not forget to check your Inbox. Estimated delivery time-frame on the website is based on orders placed before 2 p.m. EST, from Monday to Friday.
Shipping costs are based on package weight up to 3 pounds. If your order weighs more than 3 pounds or is oversized, it may be subjected to extra shipping fees. In such cases the extra shipping fee will be displayed on the secured checkout page when you will be placing the order.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Tracking numbers that are available for UPS, FEDEX, DHL (excluding USPS / Fedex Smaprtpost) will be shown in the confirmation letter which will be sent to the e-mail address indicated at the moment when the order was placed.
How do you ship products containing hazardous materials?

Products which are regarded as Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) are sprays, nail polish and nail polish removers, aerosols, etc. These items can be shipped only by ground means according to the requirements of the US Department of Transportation. It is not possible to ship the hazardous materials by air transport.

Orders containing this type of items, should be shipped by UPS Ground. Customers from the continental US may also go for an option of USPS Ground shipping. HAZMAT items cannot be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

Do you ship products to my country?

Currently, we ship to the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and some other countries. We do not ship to Middle and Far East, Africa, and CIS.

For the USA, we use Fedex, UPS, and USPS. To the rest of the countries, we ship by DHL.

Orders to be delivered to PO boxes are subject to the USPS Ground shipping only.

What do I do if my order is not delivered?
We would like to inform our clients that sometimes there might be some delays in delivery. If an order is not delivered within the stated time-frame, we kindly ask that you get in touch with us as soon as possible. There is no need to cancel the charge. We are here to resolve any issue that you might have. We do our best to keep our clients satisfied with the services we offer and we expect that our clients will show us the same level of respect by being cooperative in case there are any issues with an order.

Returns and Exchanges
What is your refunds and returns policy?

Due to health concerns, there will be absolutely no returns, refunds or exchanges on all skincare and cosmetic items regardless of whether the item has been opened or not and used or not. Please select these items carefully.

We regret that we cannot accept returns or issue any credit on merchandise that has been opened and/or partially used. This also includes opening the plastic cellophane wrapping of perfume/cologne box.

Returns will not be accepted 20 days after the shipping date.

Any returned merchandise received in our warehouse without a proper authorization by www.conveybuy.com is not eligible for refund or credit.

We guarantee to fully return your money or to reship the order if something went wrong by our mistake. In case you provided a wrong shipping address and your order was undeliverable, we require the product to be shipped back to us in the original packaging. We do not reimburse shipping costs. If the item was shipped with a free shipping option, we will charge a standard shipping fee upon receiving the item back. Additionally, we will deduct 20% of the item's price and 2.5 USD as a labor fee. All the rest will be returned to your bank card.

All the customs issues in case of international shipping should be managed by the customer. You cannot claim the refund if your order has been shipped and is currently in transit to the final destination.

Any order that must be returned to us for any reason should arrive at our warehouse within 20 days of the order being placed. Any returns after that date will not be refunded.

Please ensure that all returns include the original packing slip and the reason for the return. If the returned item is damaged, used, or open, we cannot issue a refund.
